How much does it cost for your training programs?

First lets being by saying most personal trainers, strength and conditioning coaches and others within the field will not post their prices on the internet, in a brochure, or any other marketing materials for that matter. They feel that if people are shopping based solely on price people would not buy their service (which is not true for us!). Having said this, our Pricing is listed on the RATES button on the left side of this page.

How long will it take for my child to become faster and stronger?

There is no definitive and exact time frame of when a young athlete will reap the benefits from athletic development training. But when a young athlete is being taught the right things (movement mechanics, coordination/balance, flexibility, etc...) at the right times (sensitive periods of human development) with the right genetics, athleticism will increase and continue on for years on end. My suggestion to parents and coaches is to be patient and encouraging for your child and/or athlete and let the ebb and flow of learning and training happen.

Can’t you just give us a program to follow?

We sure could…..we could write up a program for every athlete of every sport known to the world. We could give you programs straight from the NBA, MLB, NHL, and NFL. The bigger question is, Would you be able to follow the program exactly as it is written? Would you be able to perform the exercises with exact form and technique? Most people (athletes included) will follow a written program for at least a week at the most and then give up on it because “It’s NOT working” for them. This is exactly why we do not like to give out programs. This is exactly why we have pictures, DVDs, and strongly encourage you to get with a professional that can teach you form and technique with any of our products. You can only be as good as your genetics and the coaching that you receive.

What should we do if we are rehabilitating from an injury or currently have an injury that is fairly recent?

Look no further!! We are Licensed Athletic Trainers and we are linked with a very unique sports medicine referral system. Chiropractors, Licensed Massage Therapists, Orthopaedic Surgeons, Physical Therapists, Sports Psychologists, and Sports Nutritionists are at our finger tips. If we can’t provide the solution for your needs we will find a way.
